Nose Clip Freediving

To enroll in a nose clip freediving program you must have at least a PADI Basic Freediver certification (or a qualifying certification from another freediver organization).

The freediving with nose clip program provides expert guidance and personalized coaching to help you master the principles of freediving with a nose clip.

You will learn about the the benefits such as a stronger dive reflex and a more efficient equalization of the ears, and advantages of utilizing a nose clip over a mask in your freediving practice.
