To enroll in a hands free equalization training program you must have at least a PADI Freediver certification (or a qualifying certification from another freediver organization).
The hands free ear equalization training program will teach you the knowledge, dry exercises, and underwater approach needed to help you learn how to equalize your ears without pinching your nose when freediving.
